Information You Choose to Provide
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you send a message, we receive the details you include and use them to answer you.
Information Collected by the Site
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time of access. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and learn which material is useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement when applicable.
How We Use the Data
The limited data helps operate the site, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or assemble personal profiles of individual readers.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, records offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after leaving this site is controlled by the destination's policy. Sponsored results also come from an outside provider with separate data practices.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic information already described. We also respond to valid legal process. Visitor information is not otherwise shared.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Because visitors do not create accounts, the site stores no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Utah Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code ยง13-61-101 et seq., gives covered consumers rights subject to the law's scope and exemptions, including access, deletion of data they provided, portability, and opt-out rights for sale or targeted advertising. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Government records held by West Valley City, Salt Lake County, or Utah remain outside our control; correction or redaction requests must go to the official custodian. The UCPA is not a public-record erasure law.

Any revision will appear on this page. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
